Brewery Taproom

Our taproom on Symondshyde Farm was unveiled back in 2020 and is now open 8-4 Monday to Friday and 11-4 on Saturdays all year round. The place to come for our beers to takeaway and drink on our farmland site. There is also an indoor mezzanine space for when the British weather is less than ideal.

We stock our beers in bottles and mini-kegs, while polypins of 10 and 20 Litres can be pre-ordered. To drink on site, you'll find a rotating selection of our finest beers available on cask and keg, alongside real cider from Somerset, soft drinks, wine, prosecco and gin & tonic. If you're hungry we have a range of crisps and nuts.

Our latest addition is freshly ground coffee, supplied by the aptly named Kofee, so if you need a caffeine fix rather than a pint we've got you.

If you're lucky, we may even have some of the finest brownies from local favourites The Choc Spot.

The taproom has proved popular with walkers and cyclists enjoying the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside.

There is a selection of walks that pass the brewery on the Hertfordshire Walker site, and you can also find us on Strava where you can search and add routes that include the brewery.

For cyclists, we have a tool kit and pump if you have any mechanical problems.

We are dog friendly and have plenty of water bowls and even free dog treats!
